An Ohio Native, Dave moved to the area in 2000. In 2015, Pam Capezio joined me as a Real Estate Assistant. She keeps the Listings Organized. Making sure Signs, Flyers and Lockboxes are set up and functioning smoothly. Helping to Stage, Meet Contractors , Photographers and Appraisers so all operates seamlessly behind the scenes.

In 2017 Kevin Rock joined the team as a 2nd Licensed Agent. Assisting Buyers and Managing the Paperwork side of the Office to keep everything running smoothly in an organized and timely manner.
