All Around Good Dude


Dave was great to work with. He worked with Kevin Rock, a buyers agent and together, they were a solid team. They pointed out key things that needed to be done to make the property attractive to buyers. They demonstrated they knew the market and here's why: We sold a multi-level condo, with A LOT of stairs. Many of the previous showings with a prior realtor provided feedback on the high number of stairs. Dave and Kevin predicted that the condo would be a first-time homebuyer, just starting out place for a younger audience. We ended up selling to a kid in his young 20s, his first place, and who didn't blink at the stairs. They were right on. Dave only slipped once on an inspection report, not catching something but quickly addressed the concern and there was no stress or cause for further concern. Easy going and a good sense of humor
