I needed to sell my deceased parents' home. David was recommended by a friend who has bought and sold several homes with him. I live overseas, so David and his team cheerfully managed dozens of tasks which would normally be done by a resident seller. These ranged from snow removal to replacement of an underground oil tank. I couldn't possibly recommend them more highly.

Exceptional team! My husband and I live in Massachusetts and we'd been looking for a property in Annapolis, which was challenging given our location. Dave made a point of getting to know us, and of understanding our priorities which, coupled with his extensive knowledge of the local area, resulted in our finding an incredible property that we couldn't be more thrilled with. This was no small feat given the distance! Dave and team (we worked most closely with Kevin who was fantastic) are truly exceptional and outstanding to work with. While providing the support of a team, they work to make the transition between them seamless, so you get an incredible benefit that many others don't offer. They are very professional, knowledgeable, extremely responsive, go above and beyond to assist with anything needed - and they are such good people. We highly recommend them!

Great team of professionals.
Dave's company over the last three years has helped me buy two separate houses, one in Rockville and one in Olney, MD. There always seems to be issues with property sales or purchases, just the real issue is how your Realtor deals with them to help make the process less stressful is key. Working with Dave's group, both times he had people on top of the issues helping to find solutions or answers to issues. I would highly recommend that you use his team for either a sale or purchase of a property. I plan to buy another house in Rockville in 2020, I will be using his team again.
