Highly Suggest Dave

Dave managed to exceed my expectations every step of the home selling process. I came to Dave with a timetable and price in mind that I thought was a best case scenario. In our meeting he told me the timetable was doable and he laid out a plan to get there, but he also envisioned a higher selling price. I was skeptical until I heard his plan (what needed to be fix, changed, cleaned, etc). It was a thorough plan and Dave helped me all along the way. We met the timetable and quickly got an offer (after two days of showing) which was more than my best case scenario! I can see how this whole process could have been tough and stressful but with Dave as my agent, he showed that it didn't have to be that way. I highly suggest Dave if you want to sell your home and get the most out of it. He gets it done the right way!

Smooth Experience

My husband and I found a home that was in the beginning stage of the short sale process. Dave helped us throughout the process by explaining how short sales generally work and why they take so long! Although the sale took four months, Dave did everything he could to reach the contacts at the bank to get answers and move the process along. He was always prompt in responding to our concerns and his knowledge of the short sale time table was very helpful. Dave is a wonderful agent and made this experience as smooth as possible.

We had already moved to our new home 150 miles away. John was working and I had had hip replacement surgery. Dave was wonderful and communicated almost everyday by phone or email. He even drove to our new home to meet us in person and have us sign the documents to list our house in Edgewater. Dave worked hard to get our house sold as it was going to take a special person to see its potential and fall in love with it as we had. Dave not only held several open houses within a short time but his advertising and marketing found a buyer . Before we knew it we were going to closing and the buyer was able to take possession before the Christmas holidays. Dave got the job done within two months. Dave is definitely the Best !

Dave did an excellent job of selling our condominium. He patiently walked us through each phase of the sale, taking time to explain every detail and answer all our questions. He is highly knowledgeable about the real estate market in Anne Arundel County and provided expert advice on setting a sale price and preparing the condo for show. Pointed us in all the right directions

David Luptak has been an excellent realtor for us for the last 28 months as we searched for and finally found the right new home for us in Annapolis, and as we sold our townhouse in Edgewater. We ended up successfully negotiating an attractive contract for a house that ended up only being listed for 7 days. Our current townhouse was then listed and was sold within 16 days. Both closed on the same day, only 24 days after our “new” house had come on the market. We took David’s recommendations for an excellent mortgage banker, title company, staging painter, and post-inspection repair contractor. All were prompt, reasonable, and provided the same level of service as David did directly. David knew whom to call when reliable help was needed pronto.
Although we were looking for a long time:
